What areas does EDU Archives Tutors cover?
We're based in the West Midlands and work with schools, families and candidates across Birmingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, Sandwell, and the surrounding counties. Online tutoring is available UK-wide.
How quickly can you place a supply teacher?
For known schools we typically respond within 30 minutes during term time and can have a vetted, DBS-checked teacher in your school by the start of the next school day β often the same day for early-morning calls.
Are all candidates DBS-checked and KCSiE-trained?
Yes. Every candidate is enhanced-DBS checked, holds the right to work in the UK, completes safeguarding (KCSiE) training, and has identity, qualification and reference checks completed before placement.
How do I book a tutor for my child?
Use our enquiry form or call us. We'll arrange a free 15-minute consultation, do a baseline assessment, and propose a tutor matched to your child's level, learning style and goals β usually within 48 hours.
Do you support SEND learners?
Yes β SEND is one of our specialisms. We work with EHCPs, local authorities and parents to deliver tutoring and staffing across ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD and PMLD provision, both at home and online.
Do you charge schools an upfront fee?
No. Day-to-day supply is invoiced after the placement is filled. For permanent recruitment under EDU Archives PERM, we work on a transparent success-fee basis with a free replacement guarantee.
