GCSE tutors who know the spec — and the examiner.

GCSEs aren't a generic test of knowledge — they reward students who know the spec, the mark scheme and the examiner's preferred phrasing. Our GCSE tutors are subject specialists, board-aware, and trained to translate revision into marks.

  • Board-specific

AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC — your tutor knows your spec, not a generic curriculum.

  • Marks before content

We focus on what actually scores: spec links, command words and exam technique.

  • Past-paper rhythm

Regular timed past papers from Year 10 onwards, with detailed mark-scheme feedback.

  • Confidence rebuilds

Tutors are kind, patient and honest — perfect for students who've lost confidence.

  • Topic gap-fills

Targeted catch-up on missed topics from Year 10 — without re-teaching what they already know.

  • Parent visibility

Weekly notes show topics covered, marks scored and what's coming next.

FAQs

Common questions

When should we start GCSE tutoring?

Year 10 is ideal — it gives time to build foundations and avoid a Year 11 panic. Starting in Year 11 is still very effective, especially with a focused gap-fill plan.

Do you cover all four major boards?

Yes — AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC, across all major subjects. Tell us your board on enquiry and we'll match a tutor who knows the spec inside out.

How many sessions does a student need?

Most students benefit from one 60-minute session per week, increasing to two sessions in the final 8–12 weeks before exams. We'll recommend a realistic plan after the consultation.
