Pricing & invoicing

We invoice weekly for daily and long-term supply, against signed timesheets. Permanent placements are charged on success only — there's no upfront fee, retainer or refund clawback. Rates are agreed in writing before any candidate starts, and we don't apply hidden mark-ups, agency-of-record charges or temp-to-perm fees beyond the published schedule.

How fast can you fill a daily supply request?

For schools we know, response times are typically under 30 minutes during term time. We hold a curated bench of vetted, day-rate-ready candidates for our regular partners.

Do you offer temp-to-perm?

Yes — and we structure it transparently. Temp-to-perm conversion fees taper over the placement period and are disclosed in writing up-front. We never trap a school or a candidate.

Can we book a permanent role only?

Absolutely. EDU Archives PERM is a stand-alone permanent recruitment service with a clear success-fee model and a free replacement guarantee.

Are you on framework agreements?

We work with academies, MATs and LA-maintained schools across the region, and can supply via direct PO or framework call-off. Contact us to confirm your current arrangement.
