Primary teaching roles, from EYFS to upper KS2.
We work with experienced primary teachers, ECTs, and support staff — placing them into supply, long-term and permanent roles in primary schools across the West Midlands. Roles include class teachers, ECT positions, PPA cover, mentors, TAs and HLTAs.

Support for ECTs
We place newly qualified and ECT-stage teachers into roles that count toward induction, working with school induction tutors to ensure days are properly logged. We don't drop ECTs into chaotic supply scenarios — we match carefully and check in.
