Does online tuition work for younger learners?
It can — but with caveats. From Year 4 upwards, online lessons work brilliantly with the right tutor. For Reception, KS1 and early KS2, in-home tuition tends to be more effective: young learners benefit from physical materials, presence, and movement breaks. We'll be honest with you about what we'd recommend.

Common questions
Which platform do you use?
We use secure video platforms with built-in interactive whiteboards (e.g. BitPaper or Lessonspace). Tutors share their screen, students can annotate live, and lessons can be recorded with parental consent.
Can lessons be recorded?
Yes — with parental consent. Recordings are useful for revision and for parents who want visibility. They're held securely and deleted at the end of the engagement on request.
What if the tech doesn't work?
We test before lesson one and have a fallback (phone audio + screen-share) for connection issues. Lessons lost to our platform issues are credited.
