FAQs
Common questions
How long should primary lessons be?
30 minutes for Reception and KS1, 45 minutes for KS2. We split sessions into 3–4 shorter activities — that's how young learners actually focus.
Will lessons feel like school?
Not really. Tutors deliberately make sessions feel less formal, with games, stories and short breaks. Parents often tell us their child looks forward to tutoring more than school.
Should we book online or at-home?
For Reception and KS1, at-home tends to work better — young learners benefit from physical materials and presence. From Year 3, online lessons can be just as effective.
