Early years compliance is its own specialism. Beyond enhanced DBS and right-to-work checks, every early years candidate holds Emergency Paediatric First Aid certification and is vetted against current EYFS staffing ratios. We provide a Single Central Record-ready pack for every placement.

Long-term cover for maternity & sickness
Maternity and long-term sickness cover need stability. We propose two or three candidates, support a meet-the-room session, and aim for the same practitioner to cover the full block — keeping key-person relationships consistent for children and parents.
