Can EHCP funding pay for this?

How is this different from regular online tutoring?
Online schooling is a structured timetable with multiple teachers across multiple subjects, attendance reporting, and (where relevant) EHCP-aligned outcomes. Online tutoring is typically 1:1 supplementary support.
